Color books, Markers, and Crayons

As I mentioned before Lukas is my little artist! He loves drawing lines and trying to make shapes all over everything. Since he has turned two he is even more interested in actually making something out of his squiggles and lines.

He will be drawing and ask for help to make a triangle or any of the other shapes. My husband and I will draw and color with him. Sometimes he likes the help and other times he will tell us to stop and not help him. He also loves stickers. He doesn't understand what to do with them, because once he sticks them on something he wants the sticker back so he can do it again. He is getting better with them though.

For his birthday he got some coloring books Sponge Bob, Winnie the Pooh, and then he already had his cars coloring book that came with stickers. When he was sick with his pink eye Grandma (my Mom) got him a new cars coloring book. He loves each and every color book! When it comes to crayons or washable colored markers, well you can imagine. He loves the markers the best.

My Mom has a easel for him at her house he can color on that wipes off like an eraser board too. Art is a great way to express yourself...right?
