Well I took Lukas in yesterday...like I said I probably was going to. As it turns out he has another double ear infection. Frustration is currently sitting right over us. He has been battling this cold now for a month an half? Or close to it.
His doctor is worried about something else causing his ear infections...like his adenoids or something. She put him on a very powerful antibiotic for his ears and tonsils and we will see what happens within 10 days. If he still hasn't cleared up from this cold then I am supposed to take him to the ENT doctor so they can look further.
So, yesterday I got a day at home with my little man. He watched Team Umizoomi and ate a freezy (which probably felt good on his throat) while I made cookies and lunch. We cuddled after lunch and he dozed off and took a nice long nap. Then the rest of the night he was in a great mood.
Pray for my little guy! I want this round of medicine to work! :)
